As we have throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, Bridges Bros Movers is making all efforts to support our clients – while keeping you and our crew safe. We are continuously monitoring CDC guidelines and updating our policies and procedures to reflect the latest recommendations for masking, social distancing, etc. We also understand that some clients may have medical needs that require the use of masks or other precautions – even when they may not be recommended/required by the CDC. We ask that clients mention those needs when calling to schedule an estimate survey, so that our management team is aware and can make any necessary arrangements.
Additionally, Bridges Bros has formed a ‘support network’ with a few select moving companies in our area to provide continuity to our clients in the event of a COVID-related shutdown. These companies have agreed to step in and cover moves should our business be impacted – and we have committed to doing the same for their clients.
The other members of this network are moving companies that we have evaluated and are confident would provide quality services to our clients in an emergency situation. We believe having a contingency plan like this is a critical piece to any mover’s COVID-19 response plan and we are pleased to be partnering with these other companies to provide mutual support to our collective customers.
We hope to avoid any service interruptions for our clients, but will adjust our operational plan and communicate these changes, should they become necessary.
