Crew Chief pay is based on experience, but no less than $20/hr plus tips
Crew Member pay is based on experience, but no less than $17/hr plus tips
(*tips average $20+ per day)
Compensation & Benefits:

Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry furniture and other heavy objects as required by the job.
- Ability to pass criminal background check.
- Reliable transportation.
- Available Monday through Friday and 2 Saturdays per month.
- Positive attitude.
- Willingness to work as member of a team
- Driver candidates must have DOT medical card (CDL license not required)
Role & Responsibilities:
- Perform as member of moving team, either as a Crew Chief/Driver, or as a Mover under direction of Crew Chief.
- Lift and carry furniture and other home contents.
- Participate in training to improve skill set (packing, carrying, truck loading).
Hours are Mon-Fri plus alternating Saturdays. Hours vary based on job, but typically 7:30-4:30.
Experience in the moving industry is not a requirement. We will train the right person who comes with a positive attitude and works hard. Opportunities for advancement will be made available to employees who show a capability and desire to take on higher level of responsibility.

Role & Responsibilities:
- Packer is responsible for the wrapping and boxing of contents on residential and commercial jobs. Experience in the moving industry is ideal, but not a requirement. We will train the right person.
